Plaintiff had house and possession searched. Pamphlets were taken away/damage on 2000 pounds. They had gotten warrant from secretary of state

Were the kings men innocent of trespass because, they were constables, or they had a valid warrant?

Ratio:

Before warrant can be issued there must be clear evidence that the individual was engaged in criminal activity. If you go onto your neighbor’s property you must justify it by law. Right against self incrimination
